Troy Datcher, Chief Executive Officer
Troy Datcher has served as Chief Executive Officer of The Parent Company since September 2021. Troy Datcher joined The Parent Company from Clorox Co. where he most recently served as senior vice president and chief customer officer responsible for the company’s worldwide sales organization. During his tenure, Datcher deployed global sales plans for over $6.7 billion in annual revenue across The Clorox Company’s vast portfolio of brands. Prior to his combined 20-year tenure at The Clorox Company, Datcher served as national sales account manager at The Procter & Gamble Company.
Kerry Arnold, Chief People Officer

Kerry Arnold has served as Chief People Officer of The Parent Company since November 2021. Prior to joining The Parent Company, Mr. Arnold held the role of Chief People Officer at CANNDESCENT, a luxury cannabis brand. In his role, Mr. Arnold is responsible for expanding employee resources, ensuring equitable company culture, and upholding The Parent Company's values. Mr. Arnold oversees all aspects of human resources, including fair inclusion in the workplace, employee and workplace operations, learning and development, and talent acquisition.

Mike Batesole, Chief Financial Officer
Mike Batesole has served as Chief Financial Officer of The Parent Company since February 2021. Mike brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience to the role. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer, CA Operations for Origin House, beginning in 2019 through the company’s acquisition by Cresco Labs in January 2020. Prior to Origin House, Mike spent 10 years as the Chief Financial Officer at Shaklee Corporation, where he was responsible for all accounting, finance, operations and supply chain, and IT. Earlier in his career, Mike held senior finance roles at leading technology companies including Dorado Network systems, VA Software Corporation and Bentley Systems. He is an active CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
Colin Brown, Chief Legal Officer
Colin Brown has served as Chief Legal Officer of The Parent Company since January 2021. Colin joins The Parent Company from a cross-functional legal/corporate development role at Tilray Inc. where he held various legal positions starting in 2018. At Tilray, Colin assisted with the first cannabis IPO on a major US stock exchange (the NASDAQ) and led negotiations for several industry hallmark transactions, including a cannabis-beverage joint venture with the world’s largest brewer, multiple accretive acquisitions and financings totaling approximately $800M. Prior to Tilray, Colin worked as a corporate attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2014 to 2018 focusing on Canada/US cross-border matters. Colin obtained a JD/MBA from Queen’s University.
Roz Lipsey, Executive Vice President of Operations and Wholesale

Roz Lipsey has served as Executive Vice President of Operations & Wholesale of The Parent Company since June 2022. In her role, Ms. Lipsey is focused on implementing operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives across the Company as well as the continued growth of the Company's omni-channel retail platform. Ms. Lipsey brings over 25 years of experience in evaluating and scaling businesses and products for success. Prior to joining The Parent Company, Ms. Lipsey served as Chief Operating Officer of MedMen, where she led the strategic initiative to evolve their California distribution platform to a more cost-effective drop ship model.

Esther Song, Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Song has established expertise in public relations and marketing from over 20 years of experience in building brand visibility through strategic communications and global marketing campaigns, prioritizing direct consumer relationship building through loyalty programs and authentic storytelling. Prior to joining TPCO, she held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Pure Beauty, and prior to that, similar roles at Canndescent and MedMen. During her time at MedMen, Song successfully launched a multi-state loyalty program and an integrated system allowing delivery and curbside services. In addition to her experience at MedMen, Song also led global digital and VIP public relations at fashion brands, including Tory Burch, Tod’s and public relations agency, BPCM. Song is currently on the leadership team of Cannabis for Black Lives.
